Rob is a very good trainer. When I started training with Rob I was just out of a car accident few months ago and still suffering from some pain in my neck and trap muscles. He tailored the workout such that I wouldn’t hurt myself any more and got the best out of myself. I can’t hype up Rob enough! From day one, he's been super motivating, knowledgeable, and just overall dope to train with. He sets goals and puts together a plan that works -- I started seeing results in just a couple months!
