What would training with me consist of?

​Majority of training will consist of learning basic compound movements and hypertrophy-stimulating exercises for muscle building, core work, high-intensity cardio for fat loss, and tailored rehabilitative exercises to help improve any injuries or weak areas.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions will last up to one hour long.​
